Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for experienced, energetic, mature and reliable Maintenance Workers to join our Team in Wellington. At least 15 years in building/construction maintenance (hands-on) is required. Due to ongoing expansion of the business we are always seeking for new talent to join our exciting team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance functions on and around sites;

- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.);

- Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting;

- Undertake light installations;

- Repair equipment;

- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing repairs and building repairs;

- Undertake duties as assigned by management;

- Identify and report repair needs to management;

- Take responsibility for the upkeep of the gardens/parking areas around the properties;

 - Maintain general neatness of parking area.

Minimum Requirements

- Proven experience in above mentioned areas

- Excellent physical condition

- Good health

- Good time keeping

- Energetic

Should be able to comfortably handle heights

- Non-endorsed driver's license
