Role description

 We are looking for a well-organised and detail-oriented administrative assistant to support our procurement team.

 Responsibilities (but not limited to)

 -         Creating purchase orders.

-         Updating of master data.

-         Assisting in the process of performing monthly credit reconciliations.

-         Liasing between stock receiving department and stock buying department.

-         Liasing between suppliers and stock buying department.

-         Reporting to buyers.

-         Providing daily / weekly reporting.

 Requirements

 -         Grade 12 with pure mathematics as a subject.

-         Higher qualification will be advantageous.

-         Minimum 10 years of working experience.

-         Experience working in Excel and using formulas to manipulate Excel data.

-         Own reliable transport.

-         Admin experience within a stock procurement department.

-         Good work ethic.

-         Ability to work under pressure and within a team.

-         Willing to go the extra mile to meet operational requirements.

-         Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).

-         No criminal record.
