Simply head into your chosen store and speak to one of our in store colleagues who will be happy to help.
If you’d like a friend or relative to collect an order on your behalf, we suggest you contact the store where your order is being stored and let them know that someone will be collecting it for you.
We will gladly refund or exchange any item (excluding medicines, hygiene items, foodstuffs, and heat sensitive items) that is in a saleable condition within 30 calendar days of purchase, providing you have the original tax invoice, and the product did not expire during this time. For hygiene reasons jewellery, pantyhose, cosmetics, personal grooming items, underwear, shaving blades, surgical items, masks, gloves, faceshields and any other item deemed by the pharmacy to be a hygiene item, will not be refundable except where defective. All medicines (including vitamins) are not refundable as it is prohibited by law to be re-dispensed unless there is a defect in the medicine or its packaging at time of supply or if incorrect medicine has been dispensed. An automatic refund is not guaranteed, and the decision is made at the discretion of management after inspecting the item returned. We shall reserve the right to refund by any appropriate means.
