JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

The main purpose of this position at Essential Health Pharmacy - Strand is to offer a high standard of service to our customers at the till points.

Purpose and Objectives

• Operate the till and process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Work independently on the till while managing customer transactions efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised checkout area
• Assist with basic stock monitoring and ensure products are available for customers
• Follow company procedures to prevent loss, shrinkage, and cash discrepancies
• Support store standards through housekeeping and merchandising when required

Requirements

Experience and Education:

Completion of Grade 12 and must be bilingual
