Essential Health is expanding. We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to recruit professional staff in our branches. The position is based at our Head Office in Brackenfell.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Desirable: Degree /Diploma/Certificate in Psychology, HR or related field
The successful candidate should reside in the Northern Suburbs Area (Cape Town)
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment
Requirements and Competencies:
Passionate about Recruitment
Detail-orientated and highly organised
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, hardworking and reliable
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the full recruitment process
Continuously improving the recruitment process/department
Sourcing of applicants
Post jobs on appropriate job portals
Screening through CVs
Selecting appropriate applicants and scheduling interviews
Conducting interviews and selecting appropriate candidates according to the job specification
Performing reference checks
Regretting applicants
Keeping vacancy report up to date
Maintain an effective filing system
Administrative duties and any duties assigned
